Mac Rivenbark Exotic Dendrobiums of Asia Mac and Helen have been in business for 10 years and specialize in Asian species. They belong to many orchid societies and Mac was the past president of the Fort Lauderdale society. After many exciting trips to the Philippines Mac started to import plants and a business soon started. With extensive study and growing Mac has become an expert in plants from Asia. Please join Mac and Helen for an interesting class on the genus Dendrobium. Mac will talk about the history of this genus, then show a slide program of interesting species and follow up with culture advice.

It is very important to have a deep and thorough knowledge about the species you select! I am always interested to select orchids! It is such refreshing job as well! Thanks for the share and all the best for your efforts!

My sons and a friend got me hooked on orchids. I used to be a classical ballet dancer & tap dancer. My brother & I danced as a team. We had lots of fun & entertained all over Louisiana. He went on to be a doctor & I taught dance for many years. I want to learn all I can about the care of my orchids! Leave a Reply. |
